MIRA GUT STATION
A photo of the track side of the Sydney & Louisbourg railway station at Mira Gut, Cape Breton. Just west of the station the the S&L Railway crossed the Mira River on a 300ft train bridge with a center swing span. This bridge later replaced the highway bridge and is still in use today. |
FERGUSON COVE
Yep where I grew up. Sent in by Phyllis Waye, they are taken from in front of her family's cottage looking north across the Mira River.
